Do I have to register to shop online?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, we recommend that you register as there are several benefits:

  • your shipping and payment information will be filled in automatically the next time you shop with us;
  • registered users have access to past orders and current orders;
  • registered users can update their shipping information at any time.

I can’t access my account. What can I do?

Please check that the email and password entered are correct. If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it by selecting the "Forgot your password" option.

I haven’t received the email to reset my password. What Can I Do?

How can I change my shipping address?

You can easily change the shipping address during the check out process. Or, if you are registered, you can access your account and change it by clicking on the link "View addresses".

MY ORDER

Where can I view the details of all my orders?

You can view all the details of your current and previous orders in the Account section.

Can I change the details of a recently completed order?

You can change the details of your order writing to support@irondames.shop before the order has been processed, which means by 09.00 am on the morning after the day you placed the order.

Can I change the shipping address of an order in progress?

Yes, you can write to support@irondames.shop.
If you inform us of the change before your order is processed, which means by 09.00 am on the morning after the day you placed the order, the address will be changed with no extra charge.
If you request the change of address after the order has already been processed, the delivery time will be extended and there will be additional costs.

Why haven’t I received my order confirmation email?

If you have not received the email confirming your purchase, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • the email is in your spam folder;
  • the email address you gave us is incorrect. In this case, you can contact us for a solution at support@irondames.shop;
  • something went wrong and payment has not been completed correctly. Again, in this case you can contact us for a solution at support@irondames.shop

How can I change the market/region?

You can change your market/region using the option in the website footer, at the bottom of each page of the shop.

I haven’t received all the items from my purchase. What can I do?

If you have not received all the items of your purchase, you can write to us sending a photo of the package, so that we can check the problem and solve it. Contact us at: support@irondames.shop

What can I do if I’ve received the wrong item?

If you have received an item that does not match your purchase, please contact us: support@irondames.shop. We will be happy to investigate and provide you with a solution.

What happens if my order cannot be delivered?

Can my order be canceled?

If the order status is still being processed then contact support@irondames.shop, otherwise you cannot cancel the order.

My order shows as having been delivered, but I haven't received it. What can I do?

How long does it take to process an order?

The order will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

What are the average delivery times?

Delivery times depend on the country of destination and the checks that could be made by customs.

Can I carry out the tracking of my order?

Of course. You will receive tracking as soon as your order has been processed by the warehouse.

Can I choose the delivery time?

Unfortunately, we cannot define delivery times, as they depend on several factors, including customs controls, the timing of which cannot be predicted.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I request a return of the ordered item?

Yes. Please contact us at support@irondames.shop and we will send you all the instructions for the request.

How long do I have to return my order?

Returns can be made up to 5 days from receipt of goods.

Is the return free of charge?

Only damaged or spoilt goods can be returned free of charge.

I no longer have the card I used to make the purchase. How will I receive my refund?

In this case, please contact us by writing to support@irondames.shop and we will proceed with the refund via bank account.
